I am at times available for energy healing, spiritual support, and mentorship. My practice is non-hierarchical and non-salvational, and centers self-responsibility, honesty, and commitment to acting in integrity, discipline, and devotion, through which great transformation and happiness within suffering can occur. The practices I teach can clarify self-knowing and help a person build healthy boundaries, in a way that empowers them to be in resourced, curious, and well relationship with the many beings and energies around them.
